A

Admission: Your concert ticket is exchanged at the front gate for a wristband. The wristband becomes your passport to re-enter the festival. Please take care of your wristband as it will not be replaced. Wristbands are non-transferable and are void if tampered with. All wristbands will be placed on the right wrist. You can exchange your tickets for wristbands beginning at Noon on Thursday at Will-Call near the main concert entry.

ATM: An ATM cash machine is available inside the concert.

Beer Garden: Jamboree provides tables and chairs in the beer gardens. No personal chairs allowed in the beer gardens.

Beverages: Sorry, NO outside food, beverages, or coolers are allowed. However, a wide selection of your favorite foods and beverages including beer and wine are available inside the concert area. Cold bottled water is for sale at the beverage booths. Food and beverage scrip tickets can be purchased at on-site scrip booths. Free drinking water is available from fountains inside the concert area. Personal water bottles and cups may be taken into the concert area but they must be empty.

Big Screen Video: To enhance your concert experience, the Jamboree has three Big Screen Videos. With Jamboree big screens, every seat in the house will seem like a front row seat!

Cameras: Still cameras are welcome. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced. No laser pointers.

Camping: RV & tent camping is available at various locations near the concert site. Campsites are 20 foot by 40 foot spaces with no hookups. Water, portable toilets and trash containers are provided. Showers are available at RV9, the Jr. High, High School, and at the Boys & Girls Club for a minimal fee. Camping fees are per site, not per person, and includes one vehicle. Additional vehicle passes are available for purchase from your camp host for $25. All vehicles must fit within your campsite. View Camping Rules (pdf)

Chairs: Remember the concerts are "Festival Style Seating". General admission ticket holders should bring lawn chairs (no lounge chairs). Blanket seating is not allowed. Patrons carrying in chairs will be limited to a maximum of 4 single chairs per person. No wagons, chair caddies, etc. will be allowed into the concert. No carry in chairs are allowed in VIP entry. All chairs placed in line-up before gates open must be occupied.

Children: Children 6 and under are free in general admission area only. Everyone in the reserved seating section must have a have a VIP ticket and wristband. There will be face painting and balloon sculptures for children to enjoy Saturday & Sunday afternoon. See the tickets page for special pricing for children 7-12. All children must be accompanied by an adult!

First Aid: First Aid stations and EMT will be present on the festival grounds.

Gates: Please keep in mind that long lines form at the gates prior to the headline shows. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the late afternoon long line up. Gates open at 1:30 PM Friday and at 10:30 AM Saturday & Sunday. If leaving the festival please be advised that there may be long re-entry lines. Please plan accordingly.

For the safety of all of our patrons there will be a search conducted at the front gate. No coolers, food, beverages, alcohol or weapons. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced. No laser pointers.

Handicapped: The Oregon Jamboree makes every attempt to be handicap accessible. Limited handicap parking is available. State permit is required. A general admission seating area is provided for persons in wheelchairs and one companion. This area fills quickly and is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Most of the Jamboree concert area is mostly level, low cut, grassy turf, equipped with handicap portable restrooms. For more information, please call our box office.

Information Booth: An information booth is located inside the festival. Also available at this booth are patron surveys and lost and found.

Parking: The Jamboree has a limited number of premium parking passes available.  The lot is approximately one block from the main festival gate.  The passes sell for $35 for the weekend. Parking is also offered at various private lots near the concert for $3-$5 per day. Free street parking can often be found early in the day.

Pets: Sorry, NO pets allowed into the festival.

Phones: No payphones are available on-site.

Photography: Still cameras are welcome. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced.

Rain or Shine: The Jamboree is a rain or shine event. Artists and times are subject to change. No refunds or exchanges.

Portable facilities are readily available on the site. There are hand washing facilities available. It is always advisable to carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer to any public event.

Scrip: All food and beverage purchases are made with scrip tickets that are available at several locations inside the concert ground.

Seating: Chairs are provided in the VIP reserved seating area only. General Admission ticket holders can bring their own lawn chairs or rent a chair at the main gate. Standard size lawn chairs and folding chairs are acceptable. No lounge chairs are allowed. No foot-rest style chairs. No blanket seating is allowed.

Showers: Showers are available at the RV9, Jr. High, High School, and at the Boys & Girls Club for a minimal fee.

Smoking: To comply with state law smoking will be allowed only in beer garden areas.

VIP Reserved Seating: Chairs are provided by Jamboree. Everyone in the reserved seating section regardless of age must have a have a VIP ticket and the appropriate wristband. No exceptions will be made for infants or small children. Chairs may not be carried into the concert through the VIP express line.

W

Water: Drinking fountains are provided inside the concert area. You may bring your own personal water cup, water bottle, or mister bottle - but it must be empty. Cold bottled water is for sale at the beverage booths.
