RV AND TENT CAMP REGULATIONS

  • CHECK-IN TIMES begin Thursday, August 2nd after 2:00pm.  Please do not arrive before 2:00pm.  Check-out no later than Monday at noon. Once you are parked in the RV parks you will not be allowed to move RVs or tents.

  • PASSES   Your camp host will exchange your tickets for camping passes. Camping passes must be visible at all times while in the campground. The campsite fee includes your RV (Trailer, Camper, or Motor Home) or tent and your transportation vehicle, (any motor-powered vehicle).  You are allowed one (1) extra vehicle in your site. Additional vehicle permits are $25 and are sold by the camp host on a space available basis with no more than 1 extra vehicle per-site.   If you have more than one site, the per-site count of RV’s and vehicles cannot exceed the total number for your sites, but can be located anywhere in your sites. All vehicles and equipment must be kept within your site.  All roads in campgrounds are classified as fire-access roads.  Vehicles or any other property blocking the fire roads will be removed.

  • CAMPSITES are reserved in 20’ x 40’ and 25’ x 50’ sites with no hook ups.  Water, portable toilets, recycling, and sanitation services are provided at each campground.

  • PETS:  We discourage you from bringing pets along, as most of your time will be spent inside the concert grounds, not in camp.  NO PETS will be allowed into the festival site.

  • TENT CAMP A:  The designated parking for Tent Camp A borders 18th Avenue next to Camp A.  You will not be able to park your vehicles on the grass next to your tents. The campsites are an easy walk from the parking area.  One vehicle per tent site.  No Extra Vehicles are allowed in Tent A parking areas.

  • SHUTTLE Service is provided for RV-6, RV-7, RV-9, RV-10, Tent-14, RV-15, RV-16, RV17, and RV-18 on a 15 to 30 minute schedule on concert days.  A schedule will be published and posted at each campground.

  • CAMP HOSTS:   Each campground has volunteer Camp Hosts.  They are available to check you in, help locate your site if needed, and to answer questions.  Please be courteous and cooperate fully with your Jamboree Camp Hosts.  They are there to help make your stay pleasant & safe and have the authority to evict persons violating Jamboree rules.

  • PROTECT YOUR BELONGINGS and lock-up all valuables including coolers, bikes and generators when leaving them unattended and overnight.  The Oregon Jamboree, City of Sweet Home and Sweet Home School District are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of any kind.

  • NO ALCOHOL will be allowed outside of your vehicles in the campgrounds.  Most of the camping is on school grounds and we must adhere to state alcohol regulations.  Beer and wine gardens are provided on the concert site.  We ask for your full cooperation.

  • NO FIRES will be allowed.  This includes camp fires, charcoal grills, portable fire pits, and other open flame devices. Propane stoves and grills are the only exception.  Absolutely no fireworks.

  • SHOWERS will be available at the High School, the Jr. High, the Boys & Girls Club, Chapel Campgrounds and RV-9 for a minimal fee. Exact times and locations will be published and posted at each campground.

  • QUIET TIME is 1 hour after the close of the last concert until 7 am.  Please be considerate of your neighbors and observe the established quiet time (no generators, loud music, etc.)  Generator use is allowed outside of quiet time hours only if it does not disturb other camping patrons.  Festival management reserves the right to prohibit use of any generator at any time.
